Every new patient starts with a thorough vestibular system evaluation in order to properly assess, diagnosis, and treat your vestibular or balance dysfunction.
This service comes with a fee of $125 for a minimum 1 hour evaluation.
I supply all the equipment necessary to perform the evaluation including a treatment table and document all findings of todays evaluation to ensure that each patient gets the proper care that is tailored to your specific needs.

Sometimes treatments take multiple visits in order to achieve desired results and that’s ok! After coordinating a plan of care with you, any additional treatment sessions would cost $75 for a minimum 45 minute treatment.

No fee for up to 45 minutes of travel time
An additional $50 for greater than 1 hour of travel time
